Manufacturing
Lilbit products are made end to end in our own facility: injection moulding, pad printing, assembly and packing. We hold our moulds in-house. That gives us direct control over part quality, colour consistency and production scheduling.
OEM and private-label enquiryProcess
ABS, PP, PC, GPPS and PVC are injection moulded into parts using single-cavity, multi-cavity and family moulds. Family moulds produce a matched set of parts in one shot, the same colour and count every cycle.
Graphics and markings are applied on our pad-printing stations.
Parts are assembled on supervised lines, with automatic screw-fastening and in-house soldering for electronic modules.
Each batch is checked for edges, finish and fit against the approved reference sample.
Products are packed with the ISI mark and licence details, then cartoned for dispatch.
Product range
Friction-powered plastic toy vehicles for children aged 3 years and above: two truck series, Korean and American, with seven models each, plus our Tuk Tuk Auto, an off-road jeep and a loader truck. Every model runs on a friction motor, with no batteries needed, and comes in several colours. Carton configurations, trade terms and current availability are shared on enquiry.
Hero product
A friction-powered model of the Indian auto rickshaw, with a driver at the wheel, a clear windscreen and a printed number plate. Push it forward and it runs on its own.

Quality and compliance
Since 1 January 2021, toys sold in India must conform to the relevant Indian Standards and carry the ISI mark under a BIS licence. Happy Eyes Toys Pvt Ltd holds a BIS licence for its Surat facility.
We buy only virgin-grade raw material: ABS, polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), general-purpose polystyrene (GPPS) and PVC. Runners and rejected parts from our own moulding are reground and reused in-house, so production runs with zero plastic waste.

You deal with the manufacturer. Samples, orders and trade terms are handled by our own team in Surat.
Every product is manufactured under our BIS licence and carries the ISI mark and licence number. We supply licence copies and test reports for your records and for marketplace listings.
Eight machines run two shifts and every mould is held in-house, so repeat orders do not depend on import cycles.
Every batch is signed off against the approved reference sample, so batch two matches batch one.

Yes. Since 1 January 2021, the Toys (Quality Control) Order, 2020 requires toys made or imported for sale in India to conform to IS 9873 (and IS 15644 for electric toys) and carry the ISI mark under a BIS licence.
